  Chris Battle

Chris Battle is the Client Success Director at Cappfinity APAC. He has over 15 years’ experience working in different capacities within Talent Management & Acquisition, including the delivery of in-house and outsourced talent acquisition services across early careers, volume recruitment, and senior, professional & specialist hiring; both internationally and across many industry sectors. Since joining Cappfinity in 2016, Chris has achieved amazing results working with leading companies such as EY, Deloitte, HSBC, Allens, AECOM, Jardine Matheson and Grant Thornton, helping them design and deliver on- and offline strengths-based recruitment and development solutions for all levels from leaders and mid-level managers to early careers. He spends a lot of his time realising his strength of Resolver by solving problems – the more complicated the problem, the better. He also has an unhealthy interest in all things Rugby!
