Anouk De Blieck

General Manager Human Resources - Australia Division, ANZ

Anouk De Blieck is leading the strategic development and delivery of a critical HR program to support ANZ’s cultural transformation. This includes taking a Human Centered Design approach to HR by re-imagining and re-designing its processes aimed at creating better customers and employees’ experiences to improve organizational agility and new ways of working.

Anouk joined ANZ in 2010 in Hong Kong where she was the General Manager Human Resources for the International and Institutional division, supporting around 14,000 ANZ employees across Asia Pacific, Europe and America. In 2016 she moved to Australia where she was the General Manager Human Resources for the Australia Division – ANZ’s largest market.

Prior to joining ANZ, Anouk spent 15 years internationally with Citibank where she held a number of human resources and business leadership roles in Europe, Russia and North America. Prior to Citibank, Anouk worked for six years in the IT services industry as an Account Manager.

With an international, commercial and growth mindset, coupled with a vast range of generalist and specialist HR expertise, Anouk draws on her cultural intelligence and deep understanding of business drivers and impacts across the organisational value chain to shape HR strategies and functions that fully support and enable business outcomes in an agile manner.

As a leader, she is very passionate about building, developing and empowering teams, and to get the best out of others.

Anouk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pedagogy from College of Antwerp, a Human Resources certificate from Cornell University NY. Anouk currently sits on the RMIT School of Management Industry Advisory Committee.
