Telstra’s volume Recruitment Guru, Alicia Park has 10 years of recruitment experience operating across a broad range of industries including, Telecommunications, financial service and government.  Alicia uses her passion for technology, innovation, and striving for the best candidate experience to drive best practice recruitment models.

Alicia previously lead the strategy for recruitment across Telstra’s Australian Retail Store Network as well as the Contact Centre’s in Australia and the Philippines. She currently leads the Graduate Recruitment function for Telstra. Graduates are key to develop future talent at Telstra and help achieve our organisational vision.  Alicia is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion and using technology to help overcome potential barriers to success and help support upcoming talent through the start of their career.
