Adam is passionate about solving problems that deliver purposeful outcomes. Adam is currently focused on enhancing the support that CBA employees receive when impacted by redundancy. This is achieved through exceptional career transition and skilling propositions.

Adam has 20 years of experience working on change & transformation projects across the globe. Whilst working for Accenture, Adam partnered with leading global corporations within a variety of industries; and more recently at CBA focusing on strategic projects and transformations. Adam’s ability to blend strategic insight, operational detail, combined with strong stakeholder management skills allows him to work across boundaries and navigate complexity to deliver at pace. Adam values transparency, integrity, and accountability with a leadership style that is collaborative yet decisive and results driven.
