Tom started his career as a Deloitte before leaving the corporate life in 2012 to start Sidekicker. Teaming up with co-founder, Jacqui, they developed an innovative platform that connects businesses with temporary staff, on-demand. Whilst at Deloitte, and having seen the growing trend of technology disintermediation, Tom saw an opportunity to build a platform that directly connected businesses with workers.
Under Tom’s leadership as CEO, Sidekicker has expanded across Australia and New Zealand and has secured financial backing by Australian powerhouse, SEEK Ltd.
