About Trevor Vas

Trevor is a Director and Founder of the Australasian Talent Conference (ATC) and Human Capital Management Solutions. The ATC specialises in providing events on Sourcing & Engaging Candidates, Talent Management and the Contingent Workforce. Over the last 10 years the ATC has run over 40 major events in Australia & New Zealand. Trevor is also a subject matter in these areas and has provided consulting to major organisations in Australia and New Zealand. The conferences, training and consulting have gone a small way to improving how talent is recruited.

About Sue Howse

CEO of The Human Collaborative, Sue is a highly experienced, talent industry executive and thought leader with over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Strategy, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce Solutions – locally and globally. Having designed and led some of the most complex Talent Management, Acquisition and workforce models around the world, Sue is known for her expertise in leadership, strategy design and execution.  With a deep industry perspective, she has worked with organisations across all industry sectors and can draw upon this experience deeply.

Further to Sue’s Talent Industry expertise, she has spent the past 10 years working with small to medium businesses in Australia, building successful business plans and strategies to accelerate organisation capability, creating sustainable performance.

About Helena Turpin

Helena it the co-founder of Flow of Work Co, a talent insights and opportunity platform that helps companies retain their employees by connecting their skills and aspirations to projects, gigs, mentoring and other internal opportunities to develop and grow.

Having spent many years in HR and talent innovation for some amazing brands, she has experienced firsthand the impact that employee disengagement and churn causes and seen what enormous cost and pressure this puts on organisations (and their talent teams). Helena is using her experience with human centred design, behavioural economics, building and implementing HR tech and people analytics projects to create the solution she would love to have.

About David Bell

Over 20 years experience leading Talent Acquisition teams globally for both internal functions and RPO, in addition to providing TA consulting to large global companies.
My experiences includes a proven track record to design and implement complex TA functions, lead delivery, sourcing and executive search teams.

David enjoys creating new initiatives in TA, weather that be whole functions from scratch, implementing technology or programs around mobility, employment brand and talent communities.
