As the proud Contingent Program Manager at Optus leading a team striving to deliver excellence, Kylie has dedicated over 7 years to Contingent Workforce models within NSW Government and Optus – implementing, establishing, and enhancing programs to deliver benefits and insights, mitigate business risk and create an improved service experience for all.

Craig Watson is a seasoned professional in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry. With over 20 years of experience in Australia, UK, and Asia, Craig has honed his expertise in talent advisory, recruitment, consulting, and senior management. Chris has 15 years’ experience helping design and implement programs that manage the commercial and compliance risk in the contingent workforce space. He manages a team of seven risk & compliance resources and is responsible for ensuring CXC’s operations and contracts are adhering to all legislative and regulatory requirements.
