How TA can impact the success of diverse talent post-hire
The skills shortage has encouraged companies to diversify their pools and adopt greater variations of flexible work. However, to ensure these new hires thrive long term, employers also need to expand their perception and processes about how people match their best-fit jobs and the different ways of working. As the first stage in the talent lifecycle, Talent Acquisition is in a prime position to set the tone for how the organisation can rethink talent.
In this session, learn:
- How to use data to validate and/or challenge your instincts about what is needed to succeed in a role;
- How to provide personalised guidance at scale to support long term success; and
- How to cascade insights into later stages of the talent lifecycle, including L&D and succession planning.
