He has certified over 1000 people into psychometrics, performed validation studies with ROI calculations and helped organisations recruit thousands of people. He has exceptionally broad expertise in psychometric instruments and measurement including bespoke tool creation, 360 feedback, facilitation, assessment centre design, data analysis and report writing. He is passionate in displaying organisations the ROI of utilising valid psychological tests in recruitment.
