Mahesh and Mat Kearney are senior consultants, each with over 15 years’ experience in human resources, organisational design, recruitment and managing change. During that time they have held roles across a broad range of public and private sector companies in both New Zealand, UK and Australia.
Two years ago Mahesh and Mat teamed up with another experienced practitioner, forming HR Plus, to deliver on a simple mission. To design and execute people strategies with tangible links to business performance and up skill internal HR teams as part of their clients experience.
