Assessing Talent Advisory @ Toll
Toll believe that Talent Acquisition will evolve into Talent Advisory, where the team will grow to partnering with the business on more than external recruitment. In readiness for this change Toll wanted the team to understand:
- What is Talent Advisory and why it’s important;
- Where do they currently stand in relation to Talent Advisory; and
- What are some actions they can take to move in the Talent Advisory direction.
This session will outline the process of what transpired and provide a high level understanding of the results and actions Toll are undertaking.
About Jessica
Jess has spent the last 17 years within the recruitment industry within both agency and internal corporate functions and is currently the Head of TA – ANZ and the Global Head of Talent Sourcing at Toll Group. As an early adopter of recruitment technology, Jess started early in the world of proactive sourcing and thinking about different ways to identify and engage talent, well before the concepts of strategic sourcing had become mainstream. (yes – even before LI was a thing!). Having worked with organisations such as Thales, Cisco, GE, CBA and Toll, Jess has built strategic sourcing functions from scratch which enabled organisations to have significant impact across their talent functions including “talent on tap”, time, quality, and cost, right through to driving the edge on talent analytics, talent intelligence and talent strategy.
