I’m the HR Services Manager at Jemena and currently look after our Talent Acquisition and HR Advisory team. My 20 years in HR has been a blend of external and internal talent roles interlaced with time in HR Operations and I truly appreciate the huge impact we can have on people’s careers / lives. My biggest focus is on continuous improvement and making the workplace as enjoyable as possible. We spend a huge amount of time at work, we need to enjoy being there whilst also ensuring our people have a healthy work-life balance.
