Sophie’s passion for Talent & Capability began when she was tasked to lead an Australia & New Zealand wide initiative to build critical technical capabilities for the Integrated Supply Chain function at Mondelez International. Since then, she has completed a Masters with Distinction in Human Resources at the London School of Economics and is currently leading the digital Talent transformation programme at IAG.
