Sam joined the Australian Network on Disability (AND) as a Relationship Manager in 2013 working with AND’s member organisations to include people with disability as candidates, employees, stakeholders and customers. In 2016, she was appointed Senior Relationship Manager and became part of the Leadership Team, to ensure continuous improvement across the team, delivery of quality services to AND’s members and further development of AND’s learning solutions. In 2019, Sam took on the role of Consultancy and Projects Lead.
Sam has experience working in diversity and inclusion, in-house recruitment, agency recruitment, financial services, the not-for-profit and education sectors.
