Growing up in New Zealand and beginning her working life as a Dispensing Optician, she relocated to London where she found her passion for HR and Talent. Trading prescriptions for resumes, Rebekah now calls Australia home and has successfully led the talent acquisition and management functions for several Australian organisations, always looking for creative and engaging ways to source, retain and develop talented employees.
