Nick has 15 years’ experience in agency & internal talent acquisition with a concentration in Mining and Oil & Gas sectors. Nick leads the Talent Acquisition function for Viva Energy Australia where he has implemented a VMS & CMO to manage the contingent workforce.
Nick’s industry experience has given him a concentrated focus on mitigating Risk, Safety, Industrial Relations, Governance and Compliance in managing contingent workforces.
Nick is midway through a Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Development, he is a Certified Professional Member of Australian Human Resources Institute and awarded LinkedIn Power Profile 2015 – Human Resources – Australia.
