He is currently authoring a new book titled Our Working Future: What the Gig Economy means to you which he hopes to publish later this year.
Nicholas studied at Sydney University and Southern Cross University. He holds an MBA and is a Member of AHRI, a Fellow of RCSA, and a Member of AICD.
