Michelle is the Global Head of Consulting Psychology at pymetrics. She graduated with a Masters of Applied Psychology (Occupational) from Monash University and has focussed her attention in the recruitment and assessment space ever since. She has worked within agency recruitment both within Australia and the UK, and has held roles in graduate recruitment as well as redeployment and outplacement support.
Most recently, Michelle was Head of Assessment for the ANZ Bank in Australia.
