Melinda Garcia joined Revelian in 2007 and quickly became an indispensable part of our Research & Development team. She’s one of the people who work diligently behind the scenes to ensure our tests are valid, accurate and up-to-date. Melinda also project-managed the development and launch of the world’s first game-based Emotional Intelligence assessment, Emotify. She loves the challenge of creating new and engaging ways to obtain accurate and reliable data to help organisations make better people decisions.
