Lauren heads up the Talent team at MYOB for Australia and New Zealand and a registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in HR and transformation advisory roles. Lauren started her career in Management Consulting at PwC before moving to Australia Post as Head of Culture and then leading HR for the Technology team. She then moved to MYOB as Head of Organisational Development and for the last year has been the Head of Talent which includes all recruitment and talent management including internal mobility and the Future Makers Academy.
Lauren has worked across Melbourne and Sydney, is a coffee lover and faithful Tigers supporter, and for many years spent every dollar she earned on travel. Since having a son the travel has slowed down considerably, but she now finds great joy in seeing the world around her through the eyes of a toddler.
