Kelly has over 15 years of resourcing, outsourcing and HR consulting experience, with directorships at Robert Walters, Hays and Randstad, across four continents. She has an outstanding track record of leading teams which help multinationals achieve their strategic objectives through talent acquisition, employer branding and change management, often applying her expertise to shared services and multi-jurisdictional environments.
With extensive experience supporting and working alongside clients in the Middle East, India and Asia Pacific, Kelly is recognised as a leading authority on cross-border resourcing and outsourcing solutions in emerging markets. Kelly is a graduate in Medical Science, has an MBA from the University of Southampton and has held non-executive director positions in the Human Resources Outsourcing Association (European Chapter), the global organisation for service providers and employers in HR outsourcing and transformation.
