Having spent many years in HR and talent innovation for some amazing brands, Helena has experienced first-hand the impact that employee disengagement and churn causes and seen what enormous cost and pressure this puts on organisations (and their talent teams). Helena is now using her experience with human centred design, behavioural economics, building and implementing HR tech and people analytics projects to create the solution I would love to have.
