Before launching Heresy, he built and scaled the EMEA branch of Stack Overflow Talent from $0 to a multi million dollar business, expanding the team from 0 to 75+ people across UK, Germany and France. Prior to joining Stack Overflow, Dimitar co-founded OVIA (now WoPow), a pioneering video interviewing technology.
