Like most recruiters I fell into recruitment. I certainly wasn’t running around the school playground with a fake phone glued to my ear offering candidates. I found a passion for helping people through a highly stressful process. I want to be a recruiter that cares, I want people to end up in a career they love and I want my hiring managers to find the person that will add lots of value to their team.
