Chris has over 15 years’ specialist Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition experience. He began his career in the UK with Recruitment advertising agency TMP Worldwide, before relocating to Australia and moving in-house with tech giant IBM. There he established and expanded the Employer Branding function across Australia/ New Zealand, then Asia Pacific, and finally IBM’s growth market region. Positions at the helm of Accenture’s Recruitment Marketing team, and Recruitment agency OneStaff followed, before he joined Philips as the Head of Employer Branding; where he built a dedicated team covering Asia Pacific, India, Japan, Middle East and Africa.
