Andy is currently Director – Enterprise Sales at FluentIQ, a startup that is delivering a best of breed English language testing tool to local and international markets. He has held various exec roles in the talent and technology sectors from heading up Vodafone’s retail recruitment project through to managing an executive search practice. He developed one of the first ATS systems in NZ, founded and developed a Global Talent Centre for the Kiwi Expats Association, and was GM for an HRIS Software solution selling into the APAC market. He has founded and been involved in a range of startups and has a passion for UX and technologies that empower recruiters to “ have more time to connect with both clients and candidates “. Andy is a confirmed “non vegan” and is a proponent of “hunt only for the plate”.
