Amy is an Associate Director and Head of Research at Sheffield. Amy has recruited both in-house and agency side for over 15 years. She has recruited in a wide range of functions and sectors including finance, IT, sales, corporate governance, administration and the odd forkhoist driver. She is a Certified AESC Researcher and an accredited facilitator of the DDI suite of programmes including Targeted Selection and the DDI Competency Analysis tool.
