Today, she is an Associate Director of HR Service Delivery at Optus, one of the largest telecommunications companies in Australia. Alison is passionate about leading and delivering change that transforms organisational capability and outcomes to benefit the business, its customers and people.
Alison is a strong advocate for giving back in the community; she’s currently leading the partnership between Optus and KARI Foundation, a 12-month program to help Aboriginal communities flourish, as well as mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR.
