Andrew McJorrow is the Workforce Transformation Manager, Organisational and Employee Development for New Zealand Police. Andrew is responsible for the alignment of Police’s operating model and HR management information practices to Police’s ‘Prevention First’ strategy, the development of human resources strategy and strategic workforce planning capabilities at New Zealand Police.
Andrew started his working life in retail banking and has had roles in international and corporate banking, HR, analytics, change management, and organisational development.
Andrew holds a first class Honours degree in criminology and a postgraduate diploma in psychology.
