About the Conference

The People Analytics & the Future of Talent (PAN17) brings together some of the world’s best thinkers and practitioners in the growing field of People Analytics (PA) to share how it is being applied to solve tomorrow’s people and business challenges.
We will be exploring how the PA space is developing, how it can be applied to each stage of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, the role artificial intelligence may play, ethical considerations and more.
