Highlights from #ATC2016 as told by Twitter

The 10th Australasian Talent Conference (ATC) recently concluded and we saw lively discussions between delegates and speakers, online and off, on how the talent management function can prepare itself to handle the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) situation that characterises today’s business economy.
Numerous data and statistics were shared, case studies examined and new technological innovations were showcased to provide a comprehensive overview of what can be done to manage VUCA. Keynote speakers such Ian Williamson, Carol Corzo and Amantha Imber also provided deep insights into their areas of expertise to help talent managers better understand how they can improve their work processes.
