It’s Not What You Know, It’s What You Share

The saying “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know” is being replaced with “It’s not what you know but what you share”.  As recruiters, we have access to and can share whatever we want, whenever we want to whomever we want, through this wonderful thing called the Internet. We can teach, guide and learn from each other, all at the same time.  However, sometimes we can have information overload, and useful knowledge gets lost in the noise.
How do we identify useful material to help us be successful on a daily basis?  What is the benefit of sharing what we know with our peers, both internally and externally?
