Summary:

While we’re all facing similar talent challenges right now the ways that we approach those challenges differ depending on the overall size of our organisation. After all, both Mama Bear and Papa Bear were unhappy with the temperature of their porridge, but they couldn’t very well apply the same solution to fix the problem, could they?

In this session, we’ll break out into discussion groups based on the size of your organisation so you can pick the brains of your peers who are in a similar situation, and share and learn from each others’ experiences.

#1 Small but Mighty: up to 1,000 employees

#2 Mid Size: 1,001 – 5,000 employees

#3 Enterprise Organisations: 5,001+ employees
