Day 1: 8th November, 20189:00 am - 9:45 amContingent Model - By Accident or Design
Trevor Vas - ATC Events & MediaSummary:
Many organisations’ Contingent Recruitment Models evolve by default and others design them in alignment with their key business drivers. The key difference being that a specifically designed model that has been well deployed and is measured on a regular basis will generally have a much higher ROI and acceptance by the business.
This session will look at some typical key Contingent business drivers and overlay some prospective Contingent Recruitment Models that best fit. This will be an opportunity to understand the different approaches and relate these to your organisation. If you do not have a Contingent Recruitment Model it will provide a basis for you to understand the various options available.
