Head of Talent at oOh! Media, Alana Bennett, believes that there is no such thing as over-communicating with candidates during the hiring process and, in fact, Talent teams should ensure their candidates hear them at least once a week.
With that in mind, Alana embarked on a two-year journey to create unmissable moments for oOh! Media’s candidates and her efforts has culminated in the organisation being awarded the 2017 APAC CandE Award.
