About Tina Yoder

Tina Yoder is Montage’s Vice President of Strategic Alliances responsible for all partnership strategy, pursuit, enablement and management for RPO, global staffing, and technology partners. Yoder brings to Montage more than 15 years of sales strategy and business development experience in a number of diverse industries, including extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) technology and professional services. She spent over 9 years at Aon, where she was responsible for all top-tier strategic alliance partnerships. Aon is a leading provider of human resources solutions and outsourcing services. Most recently, she was the Vice President, HR & Revenue Services for Aon Hewitt Cloud Services. She also served as the Vice President, Strategic Alliance Management and Vice President, 3rd Party Supplier Management Account Executive. Yoder earned her B.A. in Political Science and German from the University of Illinois and her J.D. from the University of Denver.
