Craig Watson has over 20 years of a proven track record in the Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Industry across 3 continents. He has trained and consulted to leading businesses in Recruitment Strategy, setting up Recruitment Teams and Processes and building a TA Function across multiple industries. Sports mad and loves talking. He has a Masters in Training… but he’s really not that clever.

Lauren Sharp is a seasoned professional in the Talent Sourcing & Management arena… and that’s a nice way of putting it without revealing her age…
Throughout her rich experience, she has been partnering, understanding and delivering to leading organisations globally. She certainly isn’t afraid to ask the ‘hard questions’ and is the sober Ying to Craig’s raging Yang.
