Haimee leads Customer Success for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business in Australia and New Zealand. Since joining LinkedIn 9 years she has had the opportunity to build the foundations of the Customer Success team at LinkedIn Australia and experience first hand the evolution of helping customers define value through the way they leverage LinkedIn to plan, hire and develop talent. She is passionate about the customer and helping them realise their goals around the future of work, optimizing their ways of working and inspiring teams to succeed. Prior to LinkedIn, Haimee has held a variety of roles in consulting, change management, training, education and coaching in the Talent/Recruitment and Financial Services Industries. Her 2 gorgeous daughters keep her grounded and remind her how to have fun, stay patient and let her imagination run wild.
