  Tim Walmsley

Tim Walmsley is the founder and CEO of BenchOn and a specialist in solving employee underutilisation. An Army veteran with masters degrees in Project Management and Capability Development and Acquisition, Tim quickly rose within Defence Industry to become the National Director of Strategy and Business Development for a US Aerospace Consulting firm. It was during this position, that Tim witnessed the inefficient methods that our contracting industries do business and the heavy impact this was taking on people’s jobs and businesses of all sizes. He has now brought these lessons to the startup sector with the mission to empower sustainable industry growth and create the new wave of stable full-time jobs for the economy.
