Rory Walker has regularly spoken on the topic of onboarding via APAC webinars, to industry associations and at the University of Auckland’s seminar on Optimal Onboarding – he considers himself an evangelist on the subject. He draws from his experience as a recruitment and line of business leader at New Zealand Post as well as his more recent work with high profile private and public organisations promoting better onboarding as part of SilkRoad’s integrated suite of social talent management technologies.
