  Rohan Geddes

Rohan is a Partner with PwC, who specialises in employment taxes and has been advising companies and government bodies on how to manage their employment taxes obligations for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in dealing with the Australian Taxation Office in relation to Pay As You Go Withholding and Superannuation Guarantee obligations and the Office of State Revenue in relation to state payroll taxes. He also frequently advises on payments to contractors, employment termination payments and related planning opportunities.

Rohan has lead several large audits with the relevant authorities in relation to managing Payroll tax and Superannuation Guarantee disputes. He presents regularly at forums on planning opportunities. Rohan advises to a mix of both public and private sector employers on employee related matters as well as being the primary tax advisor to several shared services businesses.
