Richard leads Hays’ MSP service offering in ANZ, covering all areas of contingent workforce management. Along with Hays’ RPO offering for permanent talent, we provide a suite of services to support clients on either a project basis, or as a long-term recruitment outsource partner.

All our MSP and RPO programs utilise a range of technology platforms, which is why we’re passionate about supporting ATC’s annual Innovation Lab. In conjunction with ATC we review and showcase the best new locally developed talent tech and seek to utilise them in our ANZ programs. We provide a prize package to the winner which includes demos to relevant MSP and RPO clients, introductions to our 250 ANZ MSP and RPO staff and invaluable global exposure to our almost 6 million LinkedIn followers.

Richard’s background includes over 20 years’ experience in senior roles in the Australian recruitment and HR services sector, developing and managing complex long-term relationships with many of the country’s leading organisations. He has an extensive background in permanent and contingent recruitment, assessment and diversity. He has particularly strong experience in the IT recruitment sector, gained as General Manager for one of the country’s largest IT agencies. He was the winner of the inaugural ITCRA / APSCo Social Responsibility award for his 11 years of voluntary Board work in disability recruitment.
