  Matthew Franceschini

As the CEO of Entity Solutions, Matthew is responsible for corporate governance, business strategy and overseeing the company’s international expansion. He also plays an active role in developing new business relationships and presents to the corporate sector in key areas of expertise and thought leadership; including the contingent workforce.

Following the completion of a Bachelor in Economics from Monash University Matthew started his professional career working with the ATO in several roles including auditing and providing private client rulings; all the while furthering his post graduate qualifications in taxation. A career change followed and he then spent several years in the recruitment industry, gaining valuable experience in both the blue and white collar sectors. It was whilst working within IT recruitment and managing large contract pools that the vision for Entity Solutions was born.

Identifying a strong growth in the number of highly skilled, contract based professionals, Entity Solutions was conceived as a means to provide risk free, well-governed and compliant services to this burgeoning workforce demographic and the recruitment agencies, consultancies and corporations who engage with them.

Matthew is also the Vice President of the Independent Contractors of Australia, a representative on the ATO’s Small Business Partnership Committee and Co-Chairman of Melbourne Football Club’s business networking group; the Melbourne Business Community.

Matthew resides in St. Kilda with his 2 children and partner and enjoys spending time with family and friends over good food, great wine and his very own beer; Saint Kilda Brew. An experienced traveller, Matthew has an active interest in sport, including snow skiing, golf and Australian Rules football.
