  Mas Bianchi

Mas has worked for SKM Consulting, KBR, Burswood Entertainment Complex, Rio Tinto and is currently Group Sourcing Manager for Monadelphous Group and well progressed in her studies for her Masters in Human Resource Management.

The breadth of her various management roles has furnished her with experience in recruitment strategy and operations, recruitment process design, recruitment systems implementation, resource planning, talent acquisition and employer branding.

Mas believes effective talent acquisition is a path where human resources and marketing management meet at the strategy table – “An organisation’s ability to speak to talent in a way that engages both heart and mind is what will set them apart in the war for talent”.

She is a keen advocate for blending marketing and human resources practices, including market research, segmentation, market positioning, channel strategy and all things about brand.
