John Hancock is Co-Founder and CEO of Loop. Enabling corporations to achieve excellence through innovation, John is committed to delivering cutting-edge mobile recruitment and engagement tools for talent acquisition teams and their candidates. With over 20 years of recruitment leadership and solutions design experience in the EU, APAC and US markets, John has developed deep expertise in the global talent marketplace, including subject matter expertise in talent acquisition, talent community design and development, direct sourcing, social media and mobile technology. Since 2009, John has been designing and implementing mobile recruitment solutions, regularly acting as a consultant and advisor across the world. Prior to co-founding Loop, John served as VP of Global Strategy and Product Development at The RightThing, an ADP Company.
