Jo is the ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of the talent world. She’s been deep in the recruiting trenches, helped introduce gamified psychometric assessments to the Australian market and has consulted to leading organisation on recruitment design to automate, predict performance, benchmark, increase candidate experience and reduce turnover with a speciality in large-scale Graduate Programs. During the ‘GFC’ Jo assisted hundreds of people to not only recover from redundancy but to thrive in bigger and brighter roles. Add L&D Design & Delivery, Performance, Engagement and Predictive Analytics to the mix and you’ve got Jo. These days though she spends her time curating Australia’s leading talent conferences, blogging and facilitating such as the Innovation Lab & Crowd Source Think Tank.
