  Hassanah Rudd

Hassanah is a highly experienced, driven and successful Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, with over 20 years in the recruitment field, and a specialisation in the corporate and finance sectors. With a proven ability to lead global strategic sourcing projects, she is able to utilise multiple social media platforms, and identify talent that fits the organisations culture.

Having worked within an agency environment for over 15 years, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Having led the Australian Recruitment team for Fletcher Building supporting the business of 7,000 staff for nearly two years. The pull of the technology sector and wanting to be part of one of the largest technology infrastructure projects Australia has seen, has seen her recently join NBN as the Recruitment Operations Manager.

Coupled with a passion and love of the talent acquisition field, she is also commercially astute, serving on two Boards and was an active member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors prior to moving to Australia three years ago. Hassanah is able to offer organisations insight and knowledge into workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies that promote a positive employment brand, sustainable workforce frameworks and achieve commercial and financial targets.
