Gerard is the Managing Director and Owner of Testgrid and has over 13 years’ experience in delivering online human resources solutions in a recruitment and development context. Gerard has worked for Testgrid for over 12 years and became Managing Director and major shareholder of the company in 2007. Gerard has initiated, negotiated and delivered successful solutions for many government and ASX Top 200 corporate clients. He has a practical hands-on understanding of assessment products, processes and best of breed online solutions and has a passion for helping organisations deliver efficient and lean recruitment processes, putting the right person in the right job.  In 2011 he started Vieple, Asia’s leading video Interviewing application, offering the simplest and most efficient way for you and your organisation to conduct remote and first round interviews.
