  Gemma Allen

Gemma has over 14 years’ experience in agency and internal recruitment with a focus on recruitment delivery and strategy including employer brand, EVP, talent sourcing and contingent workforce optimisation.

Gemma joined Medibank five and a half years ago and is currently wearing a few hats including covering the GM Recruitment role for nine months and overseeing Organisational Development, diversity, inclusion & employee experience.

Gemma is passionate about creating opportunities for people to further themselves and is excited by the impact that a quality employee experience can have on business outcomes. Diversity and equal opportunities play a big part in Gemma’s role at Medibank and she seeks to ensure Medibank’s talent programs create opportunities for a range of people.
