With an extensive background in both operational and recruitment delivery across Agency, RPO and internal functions,  over the past 4 years Fiona has moved further into the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding space and is now Managing all of Asciano’s attraction, sourcing, innovation and candidate engagement programs. This encompasses ownership of the employer brand, content creation and social medial channels, innovation in IT platforms, technical sourcing and research methods, content and attraction strategies, diversity & inclusion recruitment programs and all things disruptive across the future of recruitment!  Fiona is known for her strong leadership skills in developing highly skilled Talent Acquisitions Professionals that are encouraged to use innovative and disruptive sourcing techniques, leverage off social media and create engaging content to attract Top Talent!
